Even private servers with population of a lowest pop server in retail has world chat alive,it has nothing to do with wow overall population.Not intrested into ‘‘wow dead’’ crap

WoW is not dead. I am recommending not to use general chat very often and be careful while using it if you must.
Its more about new report system and its abusers

Even before this patch most chats were dead. At least on my server.
What do you want to say with buff?Put flowers on it?Enhance it with colourful butterflies?Smileys?
im not about social contract thingy
as long as I don’t see boosted spam ads on my chat I am okay with anything really

World chat from Ascencion is mad, i love that server, i miss the jokes and the trollin sometimes, i play there once in a while, if wow had a world chat like that i would be so happy (:

Yeah that is so strange to me. I see plenty of people around yet nobody says anything on chat.
There is no official World channel in Blizzard games. If they do exist they are generally player created and control swaps constantly and can lead to some funny bans from that channel etc.
