I’m having issues with this treasure which is part of Treasures of Zaralek Cavern.
I have done the whole questline and even the Dragonscale Expedition Camp and Researchers under Fire yet the body refuses to spawn/phase in.
What gives? It’s the only treasure that I’m missing. I’ve tried things like clearing cache but nothing happens.
Wow head suggests a side quest is needed, might be worth a try:-
Most likely requires
In the Wake of the Ashes to phase the dragonscale expedition camp. Loot the body for
Sheridon Hastle’s Effects to start
Fallen Effects then complete the quest
For the Bloody Body you only need to do the “side quests” from the adventuring group near Dragon Scale Camp until you have get or complete: A Tower Yonder. Once that is completed, Bloody Body will show. No need to have finished campaign.

That is correct. I only have the weekly rep and dailies left to do there. I tried it on another alt but no go. And I’m somewhat guessing that the new questline is putting you in another phase since Ebyssian is missing from his usual spot as well.
Update: Turns out I had been hasty since I did the questline on multiple chars in one go. And had actually missed it on this one but done everything else.
