Be me just killed pitch, turned in quest to frenzyheart, I think I had the quest from the oracles at the same time aswell, from there I didn’t get the follower that should let you continue with the quest chain.
Halfway to friendly with Heartfrenzy Tribe, just unfriendly with The Oracles by 80 points.
Anyone else encountered same bug? Any possible workarounds?

So I found a “solution”, well this could have been explained somewhere.
Ok IF you are like me not having Goregek spawning after turning in the quest, you can talk to Elder Harkek which is at the bonfire close to the High-Shaman, ask him for a Goregek and you can continue the questline.
