BUG: Clan Pennants (Banners) are bugged (spinning randomly and uncontrolled)

Hello!

I just grinded the Clan Pennants for my transmog and noticed the pennants are spinning quite fast for some reason.

Spinning randomly and uncontrolled. Sometimes mounting up stops it, or taking off some item and putting it back. At the moment items are kind of unusable, because the fast spinning looks kinda awkward.

Hope this spinning bug gets fixed for pennants!

I noticed that the bug might be related to Windows somehow. Seems to be visual bug.

If I click outside of my WoW app like Windows icon on the bottom left or my Windows background, the spin stops. But if I go back in game, the spin continues?
