Global Cooldown of Darkness is not reduced by haste/Meta. (again)
There was a patch on Darkness (2020/05/18) which fixed this issue, but it is back again.
-I used some abilities, and checked my global cooldown, then used Metamorphosis which gives me haste( gcd lowered for all spells), and while i was in Meta, i used Darkness, and the global cooldown is slow again.
-reported this issue like 2 months ago but blizzard didn’t do anything, maybe here it gets more attention
