About the Bug: A couple of days ago, my Bags (normal ones and the reagent bag, not the ones at the bank) disappeared. All of my mats and my current pve gear as well as some nostalgic items from previous expansions are in them, which is why this is quite frustrating (as it is my main char and I can’t do m+ or raid now). One of the bags randomly appeared at one evening again but when I relogged, the bag disappeared again.
I opened a ticket and the GM told me I should write it in the Bug Forum (and he gave me the US link for it). As I don’t have a lvl 10 char on US servers, I can’t post there though. I re-opened the ticket, as I did had another problem and asked for the EU link. He gave me an invalid link (as I also told him in the ticket, that there is no dedicated Bug-Report-Forum on EU), which is why I’m posting my problem here now. I hope this is fine, as I’m not sure where else I should post my issue and the GM also told me I should post it in the Forums.
I also already tried several things, like deleting a couple of folders (Cache, WTF, …), not using addons and so on, but nothing worked so far or fixed the problem. Hope I can raise awareness about this bug and the devs can look into it, as this was suggested from the GM. It’s just very frustrating and I can’t play a big part of the game now with my pve gear gone, as mentioned above. Hope someone can help me here!
