Empowered spells don’t behave correctly in “Hold and Release” when they are queued.
How to reproduce:
- Set “Empowered Spell Input” to “Hold and Release”

/console SpellQueueWindow 400
(this is the default) - Trigger a GCD (e.g. using Azure Strike)
- Single Tap an Empowered Spell while in the spellqueue window
When using “Hold and Release” and tapping an empowered spell, it will start charging and fire off at level 1. With the steps above, it will instead charge the full duration.
You can confirm that the spellqueue is responsible:
- Tap the spell without queuing it, it behaves correctly
