I need to do the 4 final qeusts The race in whelp form but these quest are bugged.
at the time of starting the quest you get teleported to random locations in dragonflight.
already made a few bug reports but still not fixed. hope it wil so i can final the achievement.
I have this same issue, created ticket and also a bug report. This is a bottle neck for the meta achivement.
I tried installing on a completely new PC without addons and i still get dropped in the ocean outside the map instead of race starting.
I’m experiencing this too - has been bugged for weeks now

Looks like we have a support page for this issue.
the support page seems to be for if you complete all the quests but don’t get credit. this thread is pointing out that the quests themselves are very buggy and many people cannot complete them. not the same issue
