Since TWW, Hamuul Runetotem in dreamsurge zones no longer offers the quest “Shaping the Dreamsurge”, and we are unable to acquire the item “Dreamsurge Cradle” to buy his vendor items.

I just went to check with him in Camp Antonidas, and it is available for me, but
- if you don’t have Low Level Quests ticked, the quest mark may not show
- Even though it was showing for me, I didn’t see it at first because that damn new shape is so … camouflage-y? … that I didn’t see it beside the Next Dreamsurge indicator.
Whoever designed that new recurring quest symbol has a bright future in designing stealth fighters. Half the time, even when not obscured, I don’t even notice it.
Try talking to him to confirm.
