The vendor in Valdrakken does not have the S3 Honour Gear available for purchase.
I imagine a hotfix is on the way for this, but thought I would mention it anyway.
It is quite frustrating as it stops PVP Players from doing much of anything. I came back from S1 with 424 and I can’t even queue Solo Shuffle (min 434) despite having 2 pieces of Bloody Token Gear.
Season 3 will start at 15 Nov, it is apparently intended to give everyone a fair start.
As for Solo Shuffle ILVL requirements, that bug has been passed on earlier.
That’s not the issue. Honour Gear is always available at launch, then Conquest Gear is available once the season starts a week later.
As for Solo Shuffle, I’m referring to the patched requirement (434), which is still too high given that no Honour Gear is available.
This issue was already raised earlier:
They only put back the S2 vendor and S3 tradeables. If they truly believed to be an error and that S3 honor should be available in pre-season they would just put that in.
I’m not sure what you’re talking about, that seems to be a circular argument.
Honour Gear should be available from patch launch, as it has been previously.
Previous season they started with WPVP gear only and then enabled S2 gear one week later with CQ gear. I don’t think “previously” applies here.
If you think it should be available at patch launch day, please present a Blizzard quote where it states explicitely it will be because I cannot find such, it will help with checking this out further if a genuine mistake is made.
Previously? Maybe 2 expansions ago, yeah. But this has been the norm since SL.
Last season also didn’t have honor gear a week before the season starts. If you want to get higher ilevel PvP gear, go farm Bloody Tokens.
So I didn’t misremember 
It doesn’t make sense for you not to be able to log Shuffle because entry ilvl is raised above realistically attainable gear.
It isn’t the case for US, where you can enter queue, and requirement stayed like it is in S2.
