Oh so it’s a bug? I thought I was too stupid to use it. it still DOESNT WORK.
Can we report that in game? Somewhere we can reach Blizzard?
Yeah the talent is bugged, so is almost every increase to Elysian Decree in Torghast. I’m baffled all these bugs still exist after almost 2 months now tbf. Bugs are understandable, but when it’s tied to your char and power, 2 months are no excuse for not having these issues fixed
