I’ve encountered difficulties while completing the Temple of Sethraliss dungeon on Heroic and Mythic difficulty. In the orb room in front of the last boss, no orbs themselves were found. Regardless of the most thorough and long-term searches. I suspect they are under textures. Therefore, the dungeon is impassable. I appeal to the help of those responsible for order to fix this bug.

You need to report it to them first, a forum post is not a bug report. Bug reports are sent from in-game.
No chance mate. Kara was broken 6 years ago and broken even worse to shoehorn it into the M+ rotation. Doubt you will find any interest in fixing a BFA instance.

According to this article they should respawn but I have seen comments on Reddit and the forums where people have waited and they still don’t appear.
The best thing is to do a bug report like Trovlak suggested. You won’t get a response but it will go the relevant people.
They do not spawn, no matter how long you wait.
