I’m trying to complete the new dark elf quest line and am on the quest “Consulting our Allies” where you need to talk to Margave Sin’dane in Maldraxxus. However, she does not appear for me. I have relogged several times. I just transferred factions so I have no quests that might be interfering (the only ones I have are the weekly quests from the your covenant hall). Any ideas?
Update: with better Wifi and a couple more reboots, the quest giver showed up as expected
