Anyone else has an issue like me? So I’ve just leveled my house to 5 and decided to finally start decorating it, after building a while. I’ve noticed i Cannot find decors in the little window u use to spawn the items for your house. I then went to check the catalogue and it says there, the items are in my house chest….but they are not? Searching them up doesn’t yield any results.
I have a slightly different problem. I bought “Bel’ameth small platform” and “Bel’ameth angular platform” several times now since I need them for further decorating my house. When I bought them, each tag was shown immediately in the middle of my screen, but when I arrived at my home, none of the items was in my inventory. They aren’t shown in the decor catalogue either, but the gold is definitely missing.
Please Blizzard, return them from the nether so I can finally progress my house.
I have a similar issue as @Liaszha:
On my Remix main char, I bought already all Decors from Domelius. Today I wanted to buy more copies of certain items, but it didn’t work:
I bought a second Vrykul Lord’s Throne for 20k Bronze, the Decor item landed in my bag, I clicked it, and… nothing. It was not added to my storage; it showed “Placed 0, Storage: 1”, just like before.
I then logged into one of my regular, non-Remix chars, but it was still “Placed 0, Storage: 1”. Then I placed the Decor, to see if this might “trigger” the registration of the 2nd item, but no. It now shows “Placed 1, Storage: 0”.
For testing, I repeated the process with a cheap Legion Candle, and the outcome was the same.
So far, it seems this happens only with Domelius’ items. For example, I have 18 copies of the Bloodtotem Banner, which comes from a different source (Paragon chest or Emissary chest, IIRC).
Strange thing is that the only related thread I could find is one on the US forums:

If this were a widespread issue, we certainly would have plenty of threads on this. So it must be tied to some very specific conditions, or it is very temporary, or whatever.
As a workaround, I could try and buy all the additional Remix Decors, put them unopened in the bank, and open (click) them once the toon is transfered to normal Retail – hoping that it will work this way.
But of course, this carries the risk that the transfer process is bugged and all unopened Decor items get lost.
