The disc talent Martyrdom was bugged in phase 1 and phase 2 cause it didnt work with the new rune spells like mind spike and penance. then it got fixed and those rune spells got added to the list. you can see that if you look it up on wowhead
and for phase 3, they added the instant cast “eye of the void” to the list, instead of the 2 second cast “void zone”
