I’m stuck on the BFA campaign because I can’t complete the “Lost in Nazmir” and “Dunes of Vol’dun” storylines. I’m at the final quests for both zones, but the NPCs aren’t offering them:
• Rakera doesn’t provide the quest Informing the Horde.
• Rokhan doesn’t provide the quest Halting the Empire’s Fall.
The NPCs are in the correct spots but the quests don’t show up when I click on the NPCs that should offer the quests.
I have talked to the GM’s in the support channel and they told me to post it in the forums in order to reach the developers 
. Please fix this issue, I want to continue my adventure in BFA.

same problem here. i’ve got achievements for completing storylines but can’t complete it for map :=\

Hi you can report bugs in the EU region through the ingame bug report panel or at the US bug report forums!

I have the same issue. First I opened a ticket and the GM gave me some instructions to fix the issue (deactivate all Add-ons and rename WTF, Interface, Cache folder) It did not work. Then he told me to create a Bug Report. Which I did. But you don’t get any status update by creating a bug report. This bug is frustrating. Wanting to play the whole Battle of Azeroth campaing in cronological steps.
Did someone know how to fix this? I have the same issue for many weeks now. GM gave me the same fixes that does not work.

We’ve seen more reports for both of these quests and the issue is being looked into.
If I understand correctly it’s not actually blocking any progress or achievements, but I realize it technically shows the campaign as incomplete which is less than ideal for those looking to cross t’s and dot i’s.
These quests should once again be available to complete, if you want to give it another try when you get a chance!
