So i’ve been testing the belt for my Demon hunter to either use Energy shield and charged Crystal. The proc does not work at all. when it should be working as i’ve done a dungeon with each of them and it has never activated once. even looking through details to see what it has done/provided vs others. unsure if im the only one with this issue.

i think it has to do with dying as i’ve unequipped it and reloged and it seems to be working as intended now but still a bug report as belt stops working on death. (yes a bug report has been submitted and just wanting to let others know of this bug additionally)
