When you use the elemental shaman artifact appearance, often the weapon isn’t unsheathed when you attack, meaning the fist weapon remains hidden and the off-hand is on the back. This seems to primarily occur when you’re in Ghost Wolf form and attack without first leaving Ghost Wolf form.
If you’re in Ghost Wolf form, and then attack and cancel the attack, it still won’t unsheathe if you attack again. Only when you manually unsheathe and sheathe your weapon, it will automatically unsheathe upon attack.
If you attack normally, without being in Ghost Wolf form, it works fine.
