Item Emerald Garden Explorer’s Notes looted from a treasure and used, but treasure (Emerald Gem Cluster) is neither appearing on the map nor at the in-world coordinates.
Have looted hundreds more treasures and no repeat drop, last one required for Treasures of Ohn’ahran Plains and locked out of the A World Awoken meta achievement (and the goodest boi Taivan) until it’s resolved.

I’m not seeing any known bug with the treasure Emerald Gem Cluster, however if the issue persists, please do report it to our developers, and they’ll be able to check this out for you.
