Couldn’t agree more…
One day, they wipe all of your banks and say, “Oops, sorry. Something unexpected happened, and we can not reimburse.” And the other day, you can not use your banked items, pets, gears, etc.
I don’t know how this will end…
I have decided to sell some extra pets that were sitting in my guild bank (caged) to open up some space for other stuff, and apparently, this “bug” is still going on. Since I have put those pets into my bag, I can not cage any more pets from my pet journal. “Put in cage” does nothing at all, totally unresponsive.
Yeah it’s really frustrating. And I have one or two guild members who only check the vault once every few weeks, and every time they say “whats wrong with the guild vault” … and I just have to say that Blizzard knows about it, have known about it for ages and choose not to do anything about it.
Putting certain armour pieces in the guild vault is also bugged … they show in the vault as BoP and their “base” item (rather than their actual BoE and “of the X” item type).

Oh for sure. I mean they care inasmuch as what can they do to WoW to retain/return players to it, for financial reasons, but any bug or problem that happens is basically a profit/loss scenario for them - how much effort will it take to put right as opposite to how much of a loss it will incur by just either ignoring it or putting a sticking plaster over it.
Our vault was one of those affected, I was one of those who couldn’t believe Blizzard would wash their hands of us - until it happened.
Virtually anything to do with guilds is basically left to rot.
