The talent Yu’lon’s Knowledge on Monk Conduit of the Celestial Hero Tree appears red and it says that it requires Refreshing Jade Wind, but the talent itself just increases Rising Sun Kick damage. The damage increase on the ability itself shows up on the tooltip but the talent is still red.
