When I tried to report a bug in-game I am just getting redirected to following link:
However I can’t post anything there, because US forum says:
“You need a level 10 character to post on the forums. If you need help with an account or technical issue, contact Blizzard Support.”
Which is technically true, because I don’t have any characters on US servers. How am I supposed to report any bugs than?

That’s silly, there’s no one better then yourself writing your concerns directly to the responsible people and you can do so through the ingame button even as an EU player.
All methods of feedback is funneled to the QA/Devs. The US bug report forums almost never get a reply unless more information is required. Every patch there’s a long list of bugfixes and feature changes.
You should look at the second post before posting such misleading things.
i actually saw it. But it’s dumb to write bug report in game. When iam in game iam playing, and iam willing to write bug reports at other times when iam out from my smart phone or laptop which doesn’t have a game installed. So what do i do in this case if i can’t log in the game because i am out/at work/otherwhere without access to the game? Wait until i start playing to waste my gaming time to write a report inside the game?
You there is a reason why all mmo games have both in-game report and forum report for bugs because many people doesn’t want to spend their gaming time to write report inside the game
Then don’t, make US trial account, level a character to 10 on retail and then you can post on the US bugs forum. But I can almost guarantee that someone has already posted your bug there.
