I would to report a strange issue involving the Reshii Wraaps cloak and the Ethereal Stands upgrade system
On my Char, i somehow ended up with two Reshii cloaks in my inventory at the same time, which as fas as i understand shoudn´t be possible. Without realizing this i continued playing and using Ethereal Strands to upgrade the cloak.
This caused an unexpected problem.
the game split the upgrades between the two cloaks insted of applying all of them to a single one.
here is what happened
i collected 15/15 Ethreal Strands, which should be enough to fully upgrade the cloak
one cloak reach rank 4 the one i still have
the other cloak reach rank 2 this one i try to delete it from my inventory assuming it was just duplicated
Now even though the system recognizes that i´ve earned all 15 Strands my remaining cloak is not at the maximum rank and i heve no way to apply the missing upgrades
this was left my cloak progression stuck, making it impossible to complete the final upgrade despite meeting all requirements.
Is it on a character you’re doing the new catchup campaign with?
I had an issue where I couldn’t upgrade while doing this but could as soon as it ended because they gave me the cloak before the quest where you get the cloak so the game thought that I didn’t have it or something.
My boyfriend and I both had the same problem. We got two Reshii Wraps for some reason and just risked deleting them both. Then we talked to Hashim and he got us a new one, ilvl 730. That’s what us helped.
Same issue for me, had 2 reshii wraps (which could ‘ve been useful for people with different spec needing different fiber on it) ^^ but instead it has been a curse and both took all the upgrades and now i am behind on ilvl that would should’ve been. I will try deleting both as requested here ^^
Edit: deleting the wraps work, just had to claim a new one with the correct ilvl
I’d like to report an issue with Reshii Wraps not upgrading correctly.
I used all available Ethereal Strands, but the item did not reach item level 730 as expected. After spending the resources, the upgrade progress stopped early and now the wraps are stuck below the intended item level. In addition, this seems to have created a duplicate / incorrect state of the item, which prevents further progression.
I have already contacted Customer Support. They confirmed that:
this is a known issue with multiple reports,
Customer Support cannot manually fix or adjust the item,
the issue needs to be investigated and resolved by the developers.
This bug directly affects character progression since the required resources are consumed but the upgrade does not complete.
