Bug -> Resto Shaman - Downpour

BUG → Resto Shaman: Totemic → Downpour
“Nature’s Swiftness” is consumed when you use “Downpour”, should not happen since Downpour is already instant.

PLEASE PLEASE fix quick rather than wait for next big patch, last season we had to play with broken “Improved Earthliving Weapon” all season. Please not again all season with bug.

I never spec into it, but if this is what happens, indeed it should be changed !
