Got some Effect (Boon of Binding) in open World content with this ring but in Instances like M+ it simply does not work.
Pretty miffed right now to run around with an expensive craft ring that simply does not work as intended.
Have you bound teh ring to another party member (who has to be wearing it as well) to get the “Binding of Binding Bound” buff?
The buff “boon of Binding” does not work on you directly in groups, it appears however to be unclear within the community whether this is intentional or not (though just from the description I´d say that´s very much the whole point). In groups the Binding Of Binding Bound buff is apparently slightly wonky, or rather unintuitive, judging from Wowhead comments. In teh sense that if there is someone you could bind to, but don´t, nothing procs for either of you. Wheras if there is nobody you could bind to, it just chooses random allies to buff (with Boon of Binding).
The way I understand it means you basically have to check everybody to see if someone else is wearing it, and if they are you have to bind it or neither of your rings will work properly. And yes, undoing this will cost you a blasphemite every time you unbind it, but the binding ritual is free for both.

However, Bug reports via the EU forums rarely if ever get looked at, I recommend using teh ingame bug report feature, though I suspect that Blizzard is at this point already well aware of the situations in which this item does and does not work as intended… 
I’m not seeing any known bug with this ring or its effect in dungeons, but that it correct: bugs should be reported in-game, to our developers, and not on the forums.

I did an in game bug report as well but it’s always better to report on multiple fronts.
The problem is that the effect does not appear at all, not on bound friends, not on random team members and certainly not an me once it’s in an M+.
Outside it works like it should (and shows in Tracker Addons like Details)
There’s clearly something wrong in the code that prevents it from working in certain environments.
Rebinding or unbinding does not change anything as well as swapping the ring slot.
