[BUG] Rocket Boots Extreme Lite

Evening folks,

since the patch hit, our trusty Rocket Boots Xtreme do not give the speed boost anymore. Only the animation has survived

Myself and many others rely on these boots for our fun in game. Would it be possible to fix this bug?

Bugs are reported in-game though.
