Sometimes just simply ignore it and not apply at all! So its unusuable!
Kudos you got to 3k with an “unusable” talent. 
Hopefully the upcoming rework of it in midnight will fix the problem. But the fact that it’s still a problem is just bad, and what makes it worse is the fact that their “fix” for it actually only made it worse. And it’s even 100% guaranteed to happen on Forgeweaver and in Ara’kara, the other dungeons it seems 50/50 in
