Bug: Shattered Halls Level Entry Requirement

When trying to enter Shattered Halls, the yellow text at the top says you need to be level 55 to enter, but I can’t actually zone in until level 65.

So which is it, level 65 or 55? Please fix. Literally unplayable without a boost.

Game: Classic WoW TBC (not Shadowlands)
