In essence what it says in the title. When transformed into a female using the potion, the shoulders glow again.
Please fix this, the shoulders are what makes the outfit and this bug has been around for a LONG time now.
I also have this issue on a Maghar Orc DK
This issue is on orc since start on DF - developers do nothing with that reported many times.

And NOONE in game see that animation on orcs, so stop telling people about clearing cache etc.
Aaaand nothing, like allways, maybe another half of year 
CS can’t assist with bugs, unfortunately you will have to make a bug report in game.
Bug report is ignored as ppl reporting that since start of dragonflight. Sad.
