Bug: Sojourner of Hallowfall - Striking Steel

I can’t seem to finish this achievement.

I have flown everywhere in Hallowfall and I can’t find a single remaining quest to get this done… I don’t normally post here, but this is very frustrating. I can’t be the only one with this issue?!
Can you fix this ASAP and/or tell me what am I doing wrong???

This questline has a 1 day timegate midway through, if you visit Aurslia after a day has passed - she’ll likely need your help again.

Huh! Quests are timegated? Why?

I don’t understand the reason for making you wait 1 extra day for this… Also why doesn’t the game tell you that!
