I’ve seen this several times already. Sometimes the rest of my party can loot the Tarnished Undermine Real coin currency, but for me the boss doesn’t have any. Really annoying and awful bug.

Only one per day per boss is possible. Maybe you do multiple runs

Yeah I’ve got 160 coins+ since release and it’s never not dropped for me.
Maybe that was it. I did not know it s one a day per boss.
