I’m unable to complete payment for my WOW subscription. BTW, other payments within battle net works fine.

after conversation with the support team, they respond to me:
I’ve done some checking on the account and i can see that you made a purchase of a month subscription before on April 4 years ago and it was not complete which after words bugged your account, we tried taking off from our side at customer support however it’s not showing as complete or pending so we cannot take action on it.
The work around is 2 things since the troubleshooting didn’t work and it’s a rare bug that didn’t effect other accounts, you can try and remove it from your transaction page on your battle.net account, if that didn’t work you can report this on the Bug forums and someone from the tech team can reach you out and address the issue from their end.
