I play on the hardcore Stitches server as a character named Galatea - I was suddenly killed with one blow by a demon named Clinfran the Crazed in the Burning Steppes, who should not have been there and whom I did not see (he appeared after my death), Character death time 1:43pm 11/08/2023. I think this is wrong, when a character is killed with one blow in a known safe place and there is no chance of survival. Think maybe you can fix this mistake. and/or return the character. Please look at the situation and take action, thank you!

there is no appeal against deaths. People die to worse bugs all the time, falling through the floor etc
