[Bug] Unable to trigger Hall of Fame achievement

I’m sorry, but that does not necessarily help me. Our raiders left for vacation after the Gallyiwx kill, and we don’t have a roster for rekill until mid-May.

At the end of the day, the developers have communicated a response to this issue, and it is their prerogative to do handle these kind of issues as they see fit. Customer support is unable to bypass their will.

As for the the guild that got HoF by a typo, there is more information - https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/guild/eu/ysondre/wait-for-it/ - a guild whit one player which is not even at max level has HoF achievement granted manually. There is a way, I’m just not sure who I should report it to.

It looks like this issue has already been reported to our developers. I won’t be able to share more information, however my response on game master intervention remains the same.

I appreciate the fact that customer support cannot bypass developers’ will, and I’m not asking for that. I’m seeking guidance on how to contact the developers to request specific actions, especially since it is evident that they have made some exceptions. I merely ask to be heard, that’s it. As for all players, you can provide feedback about an issue that you encounter, and the developers can answer if they wish to, however that is not a guarantee.

We are in the same boat as Destrosplit-s guild . We’ve re-cleared all bosses this reset and haven’t been awarded the achievement either. Invalid Target - Ragnaros. Opened ticket. Ticket sent me here and by the looks of it this is not getting solved here either.

If I understand this correctly you’re saying that if we re-re-kill the bosses next reset we should get the achievement ? Thought this was already supposed to be the case this reset , that’s why we stopped extending our save and re-killed Bandit + Mugzee.

My guild just killed Gally mythic and we didnt trigger HoF and we didnt skipped any boss in the raid and extended after our One-Armed kill

Hope we get the Av, because our healer dont have time next week and we will never rekill mug’zee

The Hall of Fame allows for 200 guilds only, and it looks like the last entry was completed yesterday morning.

Obtaining the Hall of Fame: Gallywix Achievement

We recently fixed an issue with the awarding of the Hall of Fame achievement for Liberation of Undermine. However, we have a lingering issue preventing us from awarding the Hall of Fame to some groups of Mythic raiders who had already killed One-Armed Bandit and Mug’Zee, Heads of Security and subsequently killed Gallywix. For players who are in that state, the only way to earn their Hall of Fame achievement will be to re-clear the Bandit and Mug’Zee encounters on Mythic difficulty. Thank you!
