Since Dragonflight Underlight Angler is bugged. Traits are gone, it’s impossible to upgrade them and tooltip is greyed out for some reason.

This is indeed a known issue though probably unlikely to be getting any attention in the near term anyway.
That said, it should still be possible to unlock the upgrades with the steps from the wowhead comments here.

Thank you but I have a headache just looking at this workaround. I’ll wait for a fix hopefully sooner then later.
