[BUG] Unrelenting Onslaught is consuming stacks but not reducing cooldown properly

It reduces cooldown for 5 secs per mark of execution consumed. But if used in multi target situation, it’s consuming every mark from every enemy it hits, but not reducing the cooldown accordingly.

I know you want to butcher the class until enough people moved out of it or quit the game altogether like i’ll do in 5 days once my sub ends, but at least make it do whatever the skill says.

TL:DR Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:
Go to aoe dummy (actual in-game content, i know)
Start hitting with whirlwind stacks to that mark of execution is placed on several enemies.
use bladestorm in the meantime so it goes into cooldown.
Use execute once it procs from Sudden death or something, and observe cooldown reduced.

Actual result:
1-Cooldown is reduced based only on the marks of your main target.
2-Marks are consumed on every target it hit out of whirlwind.

Expected result:
Read the skill, i guess.
