As the title says - I joined the Arena pop for solo shuffle, Hit the TP for Org from Oribos but when it TP’d me to org, I had lost 149 rating and am no longer in the queue???
went down from 2059 to 1910?

this is a known issue since DF Season 1
the golden rule is not to move ur character when a q pops 
Yeah had this happen to me once.
Do not use or do anything which will force a loading screen teleport when a queue pops. You will most likely get a transfer aborted error message and a no show penality.
