Bug with Customer support

I’ve had 2 days of customer support telling me to do one, here is a post we cut and paste, to jog on we don’t care.
I reported it as a bug as instructed by the posts on the forum. and they will address it faster than customer service.
I as many are Fuming this is the people Activision employed replacing good quality customer service blizzard had.

Now when will this Questline be fixed for Players who picked “Court of the Harvesters” after spending 2 days walking around Revendreth thinking they have gone nuts. The Final Atonement Halls of Atonement: Your Absolution will be Fixed ???.

By the way, customer service sending links to Wowhead and other sites is LAZY!!! they could have not sent me on a wild goose chase reading everyone moaning about the bug. Minus -100 points to in-game support.

They send you to Wowhead first because many people don’t bother to investigate their problem before ticketing.
If they told you to report it as a bug, you do it ingame not in the forums - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/15043 (don’t click on the ‘update article’ link at the top as that will take you to the US article where they report bugs differently to EU). You won’t get a response but it goes directly to QA/devs

Dear Ananda,

As its a paid for service, based on the products being fit for use asking a fair honest question is not a crime. Sending people all over the place to look elsewhere for how to solve the issues, that is a bug in the game and is known to Blizzard / Activision. when you are told that reporting it as a bug and it was fixed days ago but Clearly Not, there must be a technical breakdown in communication.

The in game bug report no longer exists within the game client, just sends you to the US bug report forums

strange the fixed it in USA but European servers can wait lol

But they said they fixed it and faster response times to fixing issues, But i fear this is not the case, Don’t matter what button you press once you paid your fees and brought the game the response is Tough, look all over EU forum posts 100s saying the same issues. customer service at its best ignoring the customer

Lol thanks Chronormi, that Submit Bug was surprisingly really hard to find. It makes little sense to me to make those options looks like their usual normal news feed.

This is true but the game is just launched so there will be bugs. They are fixing them - you can check on the long list of fixes every day. However, the more people reporting the same bug plus exact details of how it happens, the more likely it is to get to the top of the pile.

They Fixed it on USA servers Not EU. That’s upsetting they don’t value EU

Well they’re there for me. No idea what can cause this, an addon maybe?

iv tried loading with no addons, Still the same, going to reinstall the game… see if that sorts at least the support window out
