Bug with Druid Maim skill and Macros on MoP Pre-Patch

In the v5.5.0 Pandaria Classic PrePatch just installed, the following macro is not working for Cat Form Druids:

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:alt] Maim
/cast [nomod] Ferocious Bite

Slotting this macro and activating it while in cat form works fine without any key mod (casting Ferocious Bite as expected), but holding the ALT key to execute the first line and casting Maim instead results in always receiving the message “That ability requires combo points”, even when your cat form DOES have combo points available. Using the Maim skill directly outside a macro works fine.

I tried your macro just now and it works perfectly fine

You’re totally right. I’ve just tested it again and either Blizzard hotfixed something, or there is something else in play.

Just as reference, here is the screenshot I took for sending the bug report originally.

The macro (copied verbatim in my original post), is on the “4” spot in the main hotbar.
