Woven Dusk is advertised to have 1.2 procs per minute, but my dungeon uptime as a healer is only 20% in dungeons with 30% haste. This must be bugged. 1.2 ppm should give over 50% uptime…
It takes two embellishments so its really not worth, and I wasted my sparks with this level of uptime
