So the problem is, i play as brew monk. And found some kind of, if it can be called, a bugg. Ordinary Fortifying Brew has 15 secs duration. When you press your class safe spell Fortifying Brew and if at the same time tier set Fortifying Brew triggers, the class one applies only for 6 secs not 15 secs as it should. Your spell goes on cd and you just can die due to this. So Blizzard, please, fix it. 4 e.g if you press your cd and tier set proc at the same time, the duration must be 21 sec( 15 secs + 6 secs ) or at least it doesnt nullify your 6 mins Fortifying Brew cd.
