Bugged damage numbers?

I’ve noticed when i play Assassination with Deathstalker that sometimes i’ll get random hits in the 250k range that pops up, then when i look in the combatlog to see what that was it’s not in there. Anyone else experiencing this?

Ghost hits that do nothing or a visual bug of some kind? It’s not Sudden Demise, im not specced into that, im also only 245 ilvl so theres zero chance of anything hitting that high

Our class is very buggy in general and gets little to no attention, that’s why play rate is the lowest. Imagine that poison bomb damage doesnt even appear in damage meters!
