I am farming Zul Gurub since its release and I cant get Siwft Zulian Tiger,
I was there like 130 times already (!!!) every single piece of gear/item dropped except that damned tiger… I am farming it on tBC also, harrasing my guild friends every 3 days but still no luck…
Other ppl from my realm already got it from Classic already but I cant get it even I am sacrifying my time and effort to farm this cursed raid every single reset, what is wrong with it Blizzard? It must be bugged or something, can you fix % drop rates, pls?
Just for info - I’ve already got
2x Orb of Deception - 0.03% drop rate according to wowhead
1x world drop recipe from boss - something around 0.03% also
and every single piece of gear and 2 hakkari swords (oh/mh)
Also I want to report that Seafury Leggins have bugged drop rate as well, because I have seen then dropped only 2-3 times in my countless ZG grinding and they are supposed to be on 8% drop chance.

Never ever ever trust wowhead when it comes to drop rates. Thats where you went wrong to begin with. For example Ancient Petrified Leaf 10% drop rate acording to wowhead and The Eye of Divinity at 5% acording to wowhead, seeing as they are a binary garanteed drop from the same boss the drop chances are completly wrong to such a level where you shouldnt trust anything about drop rates on wowhead
So tiger is not on 0.9% or more like 0.009% instead? lol, thats insane - I bet my soul they nerfed drop rate of raptor/tiger on tBC Classic cuz thats not possible to farm it 130 times and dont have it
It’s an amazingly rare drop. I guess you have no idea how the probability of it dropping works.

I got countless amount of mounts on retail (not the trashy ones from recent expansions but extra rare mounts like Invincible, Phoenix from TK (Ashes of Alar) Rivendare’s Charger and every single dungeon/raid related mount from Classic to MoP. Stopped playing retail on start of Classic.
You might just have been realy unlucky, and at a bellow 1% drop rate (and thats most likley the closest we will ever come to the true rate) there is no garantee that you will ever see it drop sadly.

27%
Stop crying and farm it some more.
Honestly I think it’s far lower than that and wowhead is just wrong about the number. It took me over 300 runs to get the Love rocket and I think this is rarer.
well no matter how low they are if they are lower than 1% they are bellow 1% for sure xD
I think the OP thinks the game has bad luck protection, so that if it’s 1% it will drop within 100 runs.
Either way, the OP isn’t a very bright person.
Ye, I am not bright person because I see everyone riding zulian tiger and I have to ride ugly fraction mounts. (white ram since classic)
Well apparently it is because you claim to have killed it 130 times and yet has no mount.
So…
RNG is RNG.
I thought when Blizzard changing almost everything in this game they could also change drop rates of these mounts in ZG by at least 1-2%
How would they then be able to sell more mounts later? If people actually could easly farm the rare mounts there would be no need to sell mounts
Sorry to dissapoint you but rng is rng. Back when I was young I got mad at the exact same thing in wotlk. Even making a ticket stating that it seems that paladins had a higher dropchance for the raptor/tiger mounts (I actually got it on my paladin after 3 runs too)… but if you go logical at it… it was because those classes could solo it easily in wotlk while most could not

Bro, they are not selling any mounts. Only mount what you can get for € is that ugly and disgusting lizard and thats all. And as we all know this lizard is such disgusting and horrible that every single player will spit on you because not even you riding it - you even paid for it. And thats cool because I am spiting on these people with no taste as well.

if item have 1% chance to drop? that doesn’t mean that you’ll get it after you kill the boss 10times.
it is 1% chance every time you kill which means 99%chance that it won’t drop, so you could kill the boss 100,000 times till you get it, or maybe you might Never find it if you’re unlucky. that’s how Rng works.
P.S On retail i farmed Ashes of Al’ar mount on too many characters each week (since mounts are account wild so only 1char need to find it) for 2years till i found it. While a friend of mine found it on 1st try.
