I had the same problem. I do not use any add-ons whatsoever. Have tried the Alt-F4 suggestion, but it does not work. Have abandoned the quest now, however this is extremely disappointing because I want to unlock the Vulpera!
This is the second obstacle I have encountered in Zandalar. I keep getting a quest to repel four Allied attacks, but I cannot find any attacks.
Previously, I was unable to complete the Vashj’ir stories, which I was really enjoying, because a quest was totally bugged.
So very sick of the way players are being treated like dirt if they want to play things other than Shadowlands.
BTW, I have several characters, and am trying to get Vulpera on a Horde Tauren Druid not on the character that has appeared with this message.

Same issue here, unbelievably poor experience. Waiting over 24 hours for a ticket to be handled is also mind-blowing. A very poor experience indeed, especially for an old bug that should have been fixed long ago.

I got an automated response with useless suggestions!!!
It said that the response time to tickets is very long.
We pay to play this game and deserve better treatment than this.

The amount of views this issue has already shows how little they care about helping players, its quite literally “most players cannot unlock vulpera or zandalari trolls because of this” and they still just havent added like at least a dialog option in-game so you can skip the cutscene and just TP there for the time being, like how hard would it be to actually just implement a simple temporary fix?

Same problem, Tried everything for about 5 hours.
- alt f4 every point of the journey (including cutscenes)
- alt f4 just before you get teleported back to start point (this makes you stay in vol’dun but doesnt finish the quest so you need to fly back
- removing network cable on every point of the journey (just a try)
- complaining to my friend of discord didnt work either
- crying to my cat helpt but just for a few minutes
Im a new player and this is the 3rd bug in a week i found playing on a character i dont wanna play cause i wanna play on one of the locked classes and they are locked behind a bugged quest. Support doesnt give me any hope, in my opinion a private server has better customer support… if no fix today ill just play something else, waste of money at this point. this is how you lose new players

Unbelievable. I made a ticket, waited about 4 hours for an automated reply. Re-opened the ticket to talk to a GM about it. 2 and a half days later my ticket gets marked as resolved with not so much as a response, let alone a solution.

The customer service from Blizzard on this matter is disgusting.
- I wrote a ticket and got an “auto” reply of useless “fixes”
- I took to twitter where the response I got was disgusting, I deleted my tweets afterwards just because it was pointless.
- I have asked them twice to complete the quest for me so we can move on. I have now completed every aspect in the other two areas and I cannot move on because of this…
I am a relatively new player and this is the furthest I have ever levelled an account. Blizzard are disgusting for the way they have treated us here.
I have resulted to completing some other quests for now which I suppose need doing (idk really) but honestly this is a JOKE.

I opened a ticket 4 days ago to ask them to complete the quest for me and still nothing. terrible customer service. other big titles would literally place everything on hold and release a hotfix within a day for these kind of game breaking bugs. it is sad to see
I think I might know why this is. Did not read the comments tho.
What I observed is simply that there are dialogues missing during the flight. Right after take off, there is just one dialogue and that’s it. What I suuggest is that the patch 9.2.5 deleted some crucial files for that quest. Such as the dialogues and extra animations. Maybe if Blizzard decided to add those back with a repair patch, it might start working again. Also… The ALT+F4 during cut scene trick does not work for me.
from what I can tell the alt+F4 used to work when this bug first appeared like 3 years ago, but now nothing seems to fix it.
I’m stuck from friday too. Still nothing happens.

According to Twitter CS if alt-f4 doesn’t work write a ticket and they will move you past the quest whilst the devs work on a fix… my ticket time is currently 2 days 16 hours 
I also reported this bug two years ago whilst unlocking zandalari and vulpera so it isn’t even new, just worse.
Edit: already had a ticket response, they marked the quest as completed for me so can move on to the Vol’dun storyline manually now.
I recommend people who are stuck to go the ticket route too as it appears they might be putting this issue to the top of the queues whilst a fix is being worked on. Fingers crossed for you all!!

I’m getting the same issue. Tried all the usual things with no success.
Finally tried abandoning the quest as per the GM’s suggestion and now I can’t access any quests in Zandalar apart from Nazmir.
I had a GM complete this quest for me and also “Head of Her Enemy” subsequent to me re-opening the ticket after receiving the useless auto-response. I did also post to express my disgust on the Blizzard EU Twitter account, don’t know if that helped to speed things.
I have responded thanking the GM for solving my issues, but have also suggested that an autoresponse suggesting outdated and/or obvious, but unsuccessful, solutions is more likely to increase player frustration/rage since most of us will have tried everything we could before contacting Support.
4 days for me thus far. WHAT A JOKE.
Day 5 of waiting for a ticket response. I’m in awe at the incompetence of this billion dollar company.
