I cannot continue my campaign in Legion Remix because of the bug in Val’shara. Balista with telemancy beacon is disappearing and I can’t click it.

I remember that one from years ago, it’s nothing new.
Special phasing from a different quest is overlapping the area which causes the barrel to disappear.
I’m just not entirely sure about the intended order of completion; in the original Legion you were expected by the game to clear the four zones or at minimum progress far enough to reach a certain level of reputation before being allowed entry into Suramar and everything beyond it.

complete the full RESTORATION (go to Brandensbrook) questline first and problematic phasing should sort itself out.
Phasing fixed after I completed few other quests, phased to Dalaran after it teleported to Karazhan and after doing more “random” things. Lack of proper QA and bugs persisting for years is just so bad for customers.
