This quest is part of the Nightfae covenant questchain.
I’ve killed 200+ ‘Possessed’ NPCs that drop these masks and so far had 0. Even deleted quest, took it again, left zone, area etc. Nothing helps.

It is possible you may have become stuck in a Raid group, so you should try leaving party and see if that fixes the issue, this command can help you:
/script LeaveParty()
If you still have the problem after this let us know.
