In Legion remix both of these Mage Class order hall q’s are bugged!
Growing Power:
Can’t seem to grab it, not showing up. Only shows on the map.
Three Is a Lucky Number:
Not receiving any items at all after running several dungeons and even did a raid boss to see if maybe that did something, but alas not a single drop.
Also reported this ingame!
This quest is bugged since 2016 and they not bothered to fix it for Remix. If you finish Rise, Champions quest before taking Growing Power it’s going to be not accessible to pick it up but will stay on your mini map and in your quest log. I have already open ticket for that hoping GM will simply flag this quest as completed for me.
ye i also made a ticket for it, maybe if we complain about it enough now they will fix it once and for all 
Though the other quest is bothering me more as i keep having to do dungeons without getting the items >.>
