Build-A-Timmy

While there is a wildfire happening on the US DK forums (pls let us 2nd class EU citizens be able to post there, we shouldn’t need US subscription to comment on a forum when we are paying for EU subscription but I digress) and I fully agree that DKs and even moreso Unholy DKs deserve justice in form of a proper rework #DeleteWounds #GripIsNOTaRaidBuff, I would like to bring attention to an idea I recently had.

Now, I don’t doubt that it’s not original nor that I thought of it first but I still would like to throw it out as I was recently grinding Abominable Stitching. As we have recently gotten modular vehicles in form of dragons in Dragonflight, and in TWW with the delver vehicles I bring to you this idea: Modular Timmy.

Similar how Druids can freely change their forms at the barber, and how Warlocks can change their pet appearances like socks also at the barber; how about that Death Knights get the ability to figuratively and literally build their Timmy. The idea is that we would be able to choose body parts for Timmy and make him into whatever our twisted minds come up with. And ofcourse his Abomination form either that we can customise or that it reflects on how we ended up building our Timmy. Additionally, that could either allow him to be purely cosmetic, but could also be considered to allow perhaps gameplay changes like changing him from DPS ghoul to pseudo-healer ghoul for example (I’m not championing gameplay changes for it due to how either it’ll be too simplistic that there is no point OR it’ll be too complex where it’ll be nightmare to balance).

Prime example of this would be something like Chordy.

In conclusion I bring up this idea to see what others think about a different kind of pet customisation even though likelyhood of Blizz devs considering this (or even reading EU forums) or even implementing is less likely than removing wounds from Unholy Death Knights. Thank you for your time and remember: #DeleteWounds #GripIsNOTaRaidBuff
