Same with most. Still should we be sticking to RP realm policy, or many of these outspoken RPers policy. Your opinion doesn’t matter and if you don’t rp you don’t belong. Luckily for you over the years my views have loosened, so I don’t really care too much, so I wouldn’t try and power me down if I was you.
You do elevate yourself because you comment on these sorts of threads, saying stuff on the lines of if you ain’t a RPer you shouldn’t be here.

And how you state that your former guild, the Fallen Dreamers was simply a meme. Shows to me, that you’ve disregarded that guild solely based on the opinions of others.

I’d be needlessly aggressive and elitist towards you but odds are I’m never going to encounter you in-game or as a part of my role-play, though if you ever want to give it a try, I’m usually hanging around various hubs on numerous alts, and writing up a character can be a pretty interesting experience to say the least, especially for a first timer.
If that’s not your scene, then just abide by the server rules and play nice. Maybe I’ll see you out in the world sometime! Once more, welcome to Argent Dawn - please don’t be put off by a lot of the toxic negativity, pseudo morality police and xenophobia views. So long as you stay on your side of the fence and abide by the unique server infrastructure, it’s all good.
And like I said, if you ever want to try RP, we have a pretty friendly in-game community that will be more than willing to show you the ropes.
Just avoid Goldshire like the plague. It would also be a good idea if you checked out the unique realm policies - Blizzard do in-fact somewhat occasionally moderate it, and it’s good to be in the know even if you have no direct interest in RP.

People keep telling me I should make one on ‘how to join an appropriate World of Warcraft server’ but I think there are many forumites that can preach that at length.
Clarifying my stance;
Do I think people who aren’t interested in role-play should join an RP server? No.
Was I interested in RP, as a younger individual, when I joined an RP server? No.
Did I enjoy RP after being on an RP server for a while? Yes.
Why?
The community was decent to me.
Knowing the original poster’s forum record/habits (some of which I find very amusing), I do indeed think this topic is just to tickle at the more ‘emotional’ proponents of the ‘GIT URF MA SURVUR’ argument, so in that regard, my response to his joining is how I would advise people actually respond to the realm’s newcomers instead of just trying to scare them away. If you want to feed trolls with pseudo-intellectual morality guff and overly blown up replies, then I suppose that’s on anyone that does that. Waste of time quite frankly.
