Pyreclaw doesn’t have the Burn ability.
I can only assume that the Pyreclaw you faced used Adrenaline Rush to buff its speed by 75%.
If not share a picture of the battle log.
You are right I searched Burn cuz is secondary debuff from https://www.wowhead.com/pet-ability=501/flame-breath#comments
And he didn’t have Adrenaline Rush, in that case the UI shows you that you’re no longer first to move.
There isn’t a bug with that ability going first. Use it yourself to test it if you believe it is not working properly.
If you can replicate or show the original instance, post a picture with your logs or copy and paste them.

You have clearly misunderstood how the mechanics of pet battles work.
If you think the ability is giving an unfair advantage go ahead and use it if you think it will give you a better chance of winning.

I didn’t say gives unfair advantages, I’ve said that there must be some bug under some circumstances, maybe hack code, don’t know, but I know what I saw.
You should get Pet Battle Log Keeper so next time one of these “hack codes” happens it’s automatically recorded so you can share the log.
